Sierra Delk steps up to help the SPCA of the Triad.

On April 19, Sierra hosted her birthday party at Family Yoga. After 45 minutes of yoga, she, family, friends, and 2nd grade classmates from Greensboro Day School enjoyed birthday cake and ice cream.

In lieu of gifts, Sierra asked everyone to donate to the gas fund for the SPCA transport van. A vital lifeline for homeless animals, the van carries them to veternarians, pet fairs, and weekly Strut-A-Mutt outings.

Sierra and her friends raised enough funds to run the van for an entire month and help more than 40 homeless pets get where they need to go.

Way to go Sierra! You deserve a big Woof and Meow!

On May 6, Sierra, her friend Kaleb, and her Mom Sherrie, visited the SPCA of the Triad to deliver the donation and take a tour of the shelter and transport van.
